About Fadi

Fadi Takkale has over 30 years of international corporate experience in Human Resources and Learning & Development.  Fadi is fully bilingual and is fluently proficient in both official languages.  


Fadi has held various global senior management roles within large global multinational organizations.  Fadi Takkale has also been consulting as a global partner for organizations in Europe, Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa and North America to achieve their business objectives by engaging their leadership team and employees through surfacing awareness of a staff member's individual contribution to business operations and performance. 

Fadi's Approach

Fadi's approach is tailored to each individual client, as he believes that everyone has unique strengths and challenges. He uses a combination of assessments, exercises, and one-on-one counselling sessions to help his clients identify their goals and create a roadmap for achieving them.

Personal Life

Fadi lives in Toronto, Canada. He is a devoted father and loves spending time with his 4 children travelling and sailing the world.  


Fadi is a licensed Yacht Captain and spends every possible opportunity on his boat navigating the many seas of the world. 


While underwater, Fadi dedicates a lot of his time to "spearfishing"; and as an international certified Scuba Instructor; throughout university, he supported himself by teaching scuba diving courses to over 3,000 people throughout the years.
