Fadi was raised in Toronto and Ottawa and spent all his life from childhood till university in Canada. Bringing in a western education upbringing and mindset along with an in-depth comprehension of the complex cultures and traditions; this places Fadi to be considered an asset in this regard. He has managed teams that range from 5 to 65 people reporting to him (depending on the assignment). Fadi has played an instrumental role in designing a solid performance management system including alignment to corporate goals, business target setting (SMART), individual development objectives, and the year-end discussion. He earned the management buy-in to roll-out and then conducted workshops with the team leaders for roll-out. Emphasis was on role-playing the actual performance review discussion.
Fadi strongly believes that development of employees is essential in the growth of any business.
